Lovely staff always really willing to help! Never had an issue! The building is lovely too with a good modern interior
Terrible service! Was served by a stuck up lady that wouldn't let us do a transfer (less than the max per day) without ID. Went in the branch 2 days later to speak to someone else and was served with a smile and did a transfer with no problem. Seems like some training is needed at this branch. I will be formally reporting that women, cost us 2 days of lost time and inconvenience.
