Happy Girl

Last minute Christmas package shipped internationally! The staff at Office Outlet (formerly Staples) were very helpful in packaging two last minute Christmas gifts. Both packages arrived before Christmas (whew!) and nothing was broken!! I didn't give five stars as initially one female staff member wasn't very enthused to assist and there were computer/printer issues when the two male staff members helped complete my order, which resulted in starting the entire shipping label over on another computer. Thanks for your help to the two male staff members!

This used to be a staples, still the same colour scheme on the building so if you didn't know you would still think it was staples, couldn't find what I wanted but because I couldn't wait I had to purchase a certain product which was inferior to a staples branded product and it cost me twice as much... If you can I suggest you just order from staples online and get it next day.... Cheaper..... To be fair the product being faulty was not office outlets fault. Friendly and helpful staff here though.

Place is great and had lots of office stuff to buy as well as a printing service. Staff are very friendly and helpful. My only issue would be the price which is higher than anywhere else.

DHL SERVICE This time Matt service was faster than last time. 17 minutes to pack up 5 kg do the paperwork and it's not easily done. 3 day's later my box was in Johannesburg.

Friendly and helpful store - let down by the limited range of products that they sell Staples will be closing as they have been sold. The staff seem to think that they will continue trading - just under another name I cant see how this type of store can compete with eCommerce
