Hugely disappointed in your customer service. I have three injuries and don’t know wether to use an osteopath or a chiropractor. The secretary said she’d book me in for a consultation to which I replied that I want to know if I’m coming to the right person first so as not to waste anyone’s time. I was given the response well I can ask them to call you but I don’t think they’ll have time....... nothing else just that no other option. Whatever happened to customer service. Clearly you are not interested in my business. Angry and very disappointed

Katie listened to the description of my symptoms and got to work immediately. I felt at ease and reassured knowing she had absorbed all my attempts at trying to describe what was hurting. She set to work and I felt almost immediate results from the initial treatment. The booking process and app for exercises in between appts is clear and simple. Katie’s advice has been spot on, she continues to work with me through hospital treatment and I couldn’t recommend her more highly.
