Would give 0 if possible. Food was cold my steak was bone dry and not edible whatsoever. I gave them a call and spoke to 2 different people and they where both rude about it saying it was my fault for not specifying the way I like my steak when there was no way for me to state this. Absolutely disgusting behaviour from staff and equally rancid food
Not sure why it’s called Papa Luigi. Nothing Italian about it. Had some fried chicken which went in the bin. Chips were ok though.

Ordered food over an hour ago, they message and say they are delayed but foods on way, another 15 minutes and they just cancel my order! Never using them again
