A great business with friendly, professional, and knowledgable staff. Popped in here to try pick up a ceramic gland for a tap but after no luck finding the specific one online, decided to buy a new tap. The staff at Plumb-it went above and beyond to try to help me solve the problem, even helping to dismantle the gland I'd brought in to replace to see if the ceramic components within might be the same as some in their stock but with no luck, I took a look at their great selection of alternative taps and found one that suited well.
