I have had nothing but excellent service from Laura Beard (Mortgage Advisor), she is proactive, professional and personable. She kept regular communication throughout the whole process and was proactive with every step. The SQ Home Conveyancing team on the other hand were nothing short of terrible, I would not recommend their service to anybody (not replying to emails, required constant chasing, left everything to the last minute, constant errors). Their service made Laura shine and I am very grateful for her work.

Absolutely dreadful. The epitomy of what gives estate agents a bad name. The fact that you now appear to have no record of dealing with me does not surprise me in the least, as we spent 10 months trying to persuade you to include both sellers of the property in any and all communications. I was the one you did manage to communicate with - I do however realise it is a challenge to cc the joint seller in on all emails (that is sarcasm by the way) - it just shows the level of incompetency or, more likely, lack of concern. Now you appear to have no record of someone that has just paid 420 for zero professional service on what was supposed to be a no sale no fee package. I recommend that sellers avoid.
