Unfortunately my experience with Three has been negative. They have never resolved the issue with my phone since purchased in April. The service is appalling! Passed from one person to another and promised call backs that never happen. Can not speak to anyone in the uk. Left with a phone that I am unable to use in an emergency. Due to covid the shops are closed so can not visit to sort the issue. Diabolical service!!!!!

The service was brilliant - Warren was so helpful in getting a number switched from one phone account to another, then arranging for the addition of extra data. Within 10 minutes he had solved my problem and saved me money - I now have a very happy daughter, which makes me a very very happy Three Customer - Thank you Warren !!

Matt (store manager) is a delightful chap. Very knowledgeable and always ready to assist. He was busy out back today but stopped what he was doing to assist us. Darren is also really good and got us upgraded to our new IPhone 8's. Definitely recommend if you're looking for great customer service.
