Real good place to shop. You can either click and collect or shop in store: I would recommend looking up codes prior to going into store as the website shows you the stock that the store has. The staff are well equipped to help out and are always busy but attentive to customers. I always feels welcome and it’s a pleasant place to be. All safety guidelines are in place it’s just a shame at how many customers have to be reminded to give the staff the appropriate Sofia distancing. Can’t recommend this shop enough

There is a great range of products in Toolstation. The prices are hard to beat anywhere. Love that it’s a ‘catalogue company’ so you’ve got all the items in your hand and you can go through and choose all what you need. It’s very easy to spend more as such great stuff. If products are unavailable they can order for next day but most of the time the staff find you an alternative there and then.
Due to doing works on our house, I have become a bit of a regular at Toolstation, often popping in two/three times a day because i have forgotten something. I have mainly been served by Victoria, she is cheerful, approachable and friendly. She is clearly very knowledgeable in her job and the rare times items have not been in stock has either ordered it in ready to pick up the next day or directed me to alternative product. I find the prices are very reasonable and hard to beat. The store is well run and has a great atmosphere with a great range of products.
Lovely ladies in this shop. Very helpful and kind to those who have been sent on behalf of others. I picked up the wrong item and when I went back to rectify this I wasn’t expecting to be able to swap it over, I thought I would be stuck with it. Really good to see all the safety precautions in place to keep everyone safe. I really enjoy coming here.
Always great service. All the staff seem to enjoy their job and are really helpful. Other shops need to take note of how this shop and its staff operate
Brilliant company. Great website. Good prices. Easy to find what you want, order it, pick it up (generally) within a few minutes if you live fairly near the store as we do.
