I read that others have had disappointing customer experiences here. I can only speak as I found and thank Sinead for her help finding tiles to work with complex mosaics and then working very hard to track down extras from 3 different stores.

Helpful staff
Well laid out with attractive displays and the manager helpfully offered to track down some discontinued stock for me from other stores but never actually did, which was a bit of a blow.

I was greeted with a resounding o\ when asked would you look at this and see if you can match it or close to. Customer service is obviously a mystery to the front desk at this store :( went up the road job done.
