The initial telephone booking was simple, the receptionist I spoke to most helpful. She explained treatment options and the charges which were/are very reasonable. I cannot recommend the Physiotherapist I saw, Valeria, too highly. She has a lovely, warm personality and is very professional. She knew exactly what was wrong with me, exactly what I needed to hear as reassurance (that no operation would be necessary), and exactly what treatment I should undergo. I have now had the initial consultation and one further session with another booked. At no time have I felt pressured to book a series of sessions or commit to a specific financial outlay: how many times I see Valeria is down to me. Definitely five stars and I have no hesitation in recommending the Total Health Clinic, Huntingdon.
