Really disappointed with the response from Triple R Composites who came highly recommended. My son purchased some extras for his Mk 7.5 fiesta , his money, first car! The vehicle has been away having some repairs completed and excitedly received it back last weekend to find when fitting up the rear spats were incorrect. We sent a simply request if he could return and purchased items and replace with the correct ones to simply be told too late and suggest sell on line, WHAT? What terrible customer service from what we thought was a reputable company, typical Computer says "NO" attitude in what is a very demanding difficult time for businesses and customers! Keen to take the money and sell; I wouldn't mind if he wanted a full refund but he actually wanted to BUY the correct ones from you! Wont be recommending you moving forward

Horrid fitment on their chin lip for the mk3.5 Focus ST. Leaves damages on the bumper paint and also does not fit correctly with massive gaps showing. Overpriced & unprofessional design!

Have bought 2 splitters from TRC so far. The first was for a MK2.5 Focus Zetec S and the second was for a MK2.5 Focus ST. On both occasions it was fitted really quickly and the whole process coming down to them for fitting was super smooth. Next up is a full low line kit for a MK3.5 Focus ST. *Update on 24/02/18* Have visited these guys for a 3rd time to buy a full low line kit for my 2015 MK3.5 Focus ST. Kit is comprised of front splitter, side splitters and rear spats and as per usual the quality is perfect and they all look fantastic. Fitting time was really quick and I was out of there with a much better looking car before I knew it. Can't recommend TRC enough!

Recieved wrong item when placing an order. Informed them of the mistake, they then tried making money off this. Once I informed them I wasnt interested in the part they sent, they then came across very rude. Ignoring emails sent and organising for the part to be collect without responding to my queries by email.

Edit: since it took the owner a year to reply. Bought a product , a rear diffuser and after a while I noticed paint bubbling and and cracking, I emailed your customer service looking for some input but never got a reply. There is your one star
