Tried making an appointment since Monday (6 days ago) calling everyday since, sometimes twice a day, left about 5 messages asking for a call back...needless to say maybe this review will get their attention, but I won’t hold my breath. Great job being attentive to your patients and delivering the quality of healthcare we deserve ...

DO NOT GO HERE! I have never gone by reviews and figured I'd try this office as I was desperate. I wish I would have followed the reviews and not wasted my time by going and coming out Everytime frustrated, angry and CRYING! I went 5 times and stopped going. Figured I have a wall at home that listens better! Absolutely horrible and should be thoroughly investigated! DON'T GO PS. It won't let me give negative 10 billion stars

Long but important-\u003e-\u003e Do not go here! My daughter was with me when she decided to take the first step in calling for mental health help and ended up speaking with a lady named Stacey who answered the phone in a very rude manor. She told my daughter, who is 22, they were not accepting new patients to try another office location. My daughter and I called back to get the number to different locations but to our surprise we spoke to a different person, Gabriella, she answered the phone and took all my daughters information! My daughter was successful in making an appointment. Ironic right? Because of how nice and caring as she was and as helpful and polite as she was to my daughter on the phone, unlike the First Lady, we felt like maybe we found a great match that my daughter could finally get the help that she needs. Fast forward to the actual appointment. We checked in with Gabriella and she asked if we needed any help with papers to let her know. She was super nice and helpful with a smile on her face. Meanwhile the other staff can be seen and heard talking and laughing rudely about patients in the waiting room and giving awful rude looks. They are so unprofessional and I can’t imagine reading the reviews how many patients have left this practice due to the front desk people but yet they keep them! It’s a shame how many patients must you lose and how many awful reviews must you get before you make a change? It’s sad that they try and push off patients who need help to other places because they don’t care about you and are just pure rude and pure lazy! As if mental health isn’t hard enough to admit to someone in the first place. My daughters therapist was great but due to the front desk we will no longer return. I recommend this place to no one. The management and Stacey should be ashamed of themselves.
