Was very taken back by the patronizing and rude manner of this individual. I decided to leave during my visit. Her arrogance made me very uncomfortable, so I decided to look elsewhere. The Lead Dr was on vacation and it was obvious that she was unable to handle the work load. Most ironic thing of all was that they submitted to my insurance company for an office visit, the insurance company paid out and I wasnt even treated or examined. Unfortunately , once you walk in the door and pay your copay apparently a healthcare provider can submit for an office visit whether you were treated or not.
