From arrival to departure the service was great. During the appointment our dentist Filipe and dental nurse made my children feel welcome and relaxed. The children look forward to returning, I know, very odd! I thank the team for making the whole experience feel Covid safe.

My husband came today and wasn't notified that his appt was cancelled and this happened on three occasions. It also happens with my children's appt. This is poor communication on the dental side.

Terrible experience, it’s just a rip off… NEVER AGAIN... I miss an appointment because I was out of the country in a relative funeral and they make me pay for the missing appointment. After I explain the one of the managers, she told me that’s nothing what they can do and make me pay 35 pounds for nothing. After this i keep receiving texts with appointments that I didn’t request, I never experience nothing so terrible. NEVER AGAIN...

I'm a nervous patient , the receptionist who dealt with me was really understanding and the nurse was lovely she spend time explaining things to put me at ease. When I saw the dentist Marina Zachrisson she was very professional and explained everything to me about my treatment , I was happy with my treatment plan she's amazing . It was like a breath of fresh air and not like the previous bad experiences I've had elsewhere. Glad I changed I feel confident here about my treatment
