Despite a somewhat (but expected) on-hold time on the phone, the individual (I think it was Sandra/Sharon?) on the phone was very helpful and explained very clearly the steps I needed to do online to secure what was needed to be done. She also went out of her way to bring up the various aspects of what needed to be checked off, including things I may not have thought about initially, all the while being helpful and accommodating throughout the call. Very helpful

Awful!! Tried phoning on and off for 3 days? If they don't cut me off, the answer phone keeps you on hold then says \thank you for your patience\ and cuts you off. It is such a poor service!!!
