Fantastic overall; for our seller inspection. Highly recommend. This was our second seller inspection request for service. The inspector was very professional and efficient during the inspection. Every question we had during the inspection was addressed and answered on the spot or afterward. We felt comfortable. The home inspection 'report' is full of great knowledge, and is a perfect reference for home bidding. Especially the mold and radon testing. The Inspection and reports will probably add value to your pocket when you are calculating your bid and credits when buying a home. This is as impressive as when you see a home inspector climb up several feet into a miniature attic to inspect a water heater. And climb down. This was the third of three water heaters we visited during the inspection. Also three furnaces.
