Bass Heating & Air Conditioning, Huntley Very disappointed in Bass Heating & Air Conditioning. I have been using them for several years and was extremely happy with the service. The last year I ordered general service and had to call out again as the heater went out. Bass came again told me it was the thermostat, purchased a new thermostat, tried to install it, wasn't the problem, called Bass back and Ben (great technician) figured out the problem -- should have been addressed with first and second visit. I ended up paying 2x for a 1x check. I let it go as things happen. Last week I called for my daughter's unit in the city; Dave took good care of me on pricing, however the technician came, took the part on Saturday and we didn't hear from him until I called Dave the next Friday (called and Dave said the technician had been trying to call, no one called the #). Dave said he'd take care of it and send someone the next day, a week later Saturday. Said he'd send someone or let us know by noon on Saturday; we texted and called several times. Today is Tuesday,, haven't heard back from anyone. Perhaps they work well for businesses but for residential I would not recommend Bass Heating & Air.

Extremely professional, friendly and prompt service. Phoned with urgent and complicated issue, technician arrived shortly and was professional in every aspect of service. Work area around furnace left spotless. Technician explained the work done and was informative on running and maintaining system. I highly recommend Bass.

Our water heater went out unexpectedly, so I contacted Bass Mechanical and spoke with the owner Dave on which water heater he recommended to replace it with. Not 12 hours later Dave had a crew out with the new water heater ready to install. Installation was very quick, the installers were very polite and professional, and Dave himself even stopped by to see how things were going. Very pleased with the whole experience, and I will be using Bass Mechanical from now on. I highly recommend this company to anyone that can benefit from the services they provide. Thanks again!

Dave is the best. I have used Bass for my a/c, water heater, and washer and dryer needs for the past 18 months. They were a referral and have not disappointed. Very quick return call and set up times. Very affordable.
