July 2018, Mimi showed us houses for months. Our wish list included a basement, oversized garage, and another very limiting feature. Only 20% of homes in the community we wanted had basements. One day a listing came up that fit, but the pictures were not helpful. The place had been vacant, was overgrown, and priced to reflect it. Her Majesty (My wife) was on grandson duty in Madison, and we couldn’t get there that day. Mimi went to the house, took better pictures, and called with a description. It was a surprise because we hadn’t asked. One offer had been made, but she was able to get us in the next morning. Our offer was accepted, and we closed on a perfect fit home that appraised over purchase price. We would have missed it over a bit of pruning. Mimi is Pleasant, Helpful, Available, and Responsive. She has the insight of an insider, and worked very hard to help us find a perfect fit.

I was looking for a 4 bedroom house with a finished basement and pool all for my strict budget. Not only did she find me the perfect house, she found many that would have worked.
