I called for their maintenance plan. Scheduling was so quick and easy. The technician called when he was on the way, just as promised. He was friendly, took the time to understand our concerns, and serviced the system. He was so courteous and consistent about wearing a mask while in our home, which made us feel much better having a new person in our bubble. Highly recommended.

We are very pleased with the operation of our AC units. ES Heating & Cooling crew were all very friendly and did an excellent job cleaning up after they finished. They took my suggestions on where to install the units, outside pads and electrical. They made additional adjustments and the final product meets all our expectations. I appreciated the time taken to explain how the units worked and operated. They answered all questions thoroughly. We also thought the receptionist was very helpful and courteous. Highly recommended.
ES Heating & Cooling technicians have done outstanding work on several projects concerning AC units. We had them install mini split AC units throughout our condo, as well as work on our furnace. Their quality of work is top notch, their timeliness is perfect, and they are great professionals. They quoted us fair prices, showed up on time, got the work done early, and addressed my issues perfectly. After working with them I would not ever consider anyone else and will be using them on all work in the future.

His crew showed up on time, and even called me first to confirm that he was on his way. He was friendly, knowledgeable and competent. He replaced the broken part and price was reasonable. I landed an appointment with ES Heating & Cooling in two days out for routine maintenance. The day of my appointment, the technician arrived on time. He was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We talked about my heating system and some other things. He handed me his card after and I realized he was the owner! I was impressed with his service and professionalism. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends for maintaining or installing heating systems. He is a great guy running a tip top company! Keep up the great work!
There were some issues, and they were taken care of at reasonable prices. ES Heating & Cooling technicians were always knowledgeable and friendly. Eventually, we signed up for biannual visits which caught any problems before they became significant issues. I appreciated the peace of mind and felt it was worth the money but most importantly, I never felt that they issued just to pad the bill. Customer service was always courteous, and service prompt. After almost 10 years of experience with the company, I feel very comfortable recommending them.
Ever since we signed up for the service plan it has taken the worry out changing filters and scheduling air conditioner and furnace inspections as they take care of reminding us that our units need serviced. It has been money well spent. They always show up on time and their people are really nice to deal with. We would highly recommend ES Heating & Cooling for all of your air conditioner, furnace and humidifier maintenance and or replacement needs. Excellent service!
