Sump Pump and ejector pump went out and flooded our basement. Called Hansen to see if we could get someone to come out in the next day and they had us covered a few hours later. Bruce came in, very professional and was able to give us an estimate and replace our equipment within a few hours. thank goodness because that night it rained twice as much.
Getting an estimate from this company is like waiting for the cable guy. 2hr block of time and you better answer your phone if they call or they won't even show even though it's scheduled.
We used Hansen Heating and Plumbing to replace our Water Heater and they did an amazing job. After getting ridiculous quotes from 2 other companies, they were the most honest and fair price! A week later we attempted to use a different company for our AC unit and that was a disaster. Hansen came out and got us all set with our AC unit as well! Bottom line: call Hansen Heating and Plumbing and save yourself the headache from dealing with someone else! Thank you so much Brad!
