Very professional yet friendly from the get go. The associates at the front desk were friendly and thoroughly put me through a series of digital eye tests. Then the doctor put my eyes through their paces. She then explained all the tests and made recommendations. She answered all my questions and was very personable. I liked my previous eye doctor, but this practice was even more awesome.

I had LASIK done 4 years ago, and today I went in for my annual eye exam. The whole team was very friendly. Stephanie performed some preliminary measurements and scans of my eyes and then Dr. Nguyen dilated my eyes and did some more tests. They both were very knowledgeable and I appreciate that they educated me on what they were doing. They also seemed to be following all the latest safety precautions. I have no complaints!

Staff is friendly, Dr. Nguyen is thorough. I asked for one courtesy pair of contact lenses to get me through December as my contact lenses are very sensitive and tear prior to 30-days of use, and I'm not due for an exam until January. Dr. Nguyen refused to give me a courtesy pair because I was told I was \over-using\ my lenses. I was told I could buy a box of 6, which I won't do because my prescription will change in January, as I had explained. As an RN on a COVID unit, I am working 16-hour shifts and more over-time than I ever thought I would. So yes, I'm probably \over-using\ my contacts, whatever that even means. So, thank you Dr. Nguyen from one healthcare provider to another. I will not be returning. I get service just as good from Lenscrafters, who have happily provided me with a courtesy pair of lenses in the past. It's unfortunate that here in the US, I can't walk into a pharmacy and purchase contact lenses without a prescription, unlike everywhere else in the world.

Dr.. Nguyen and her staff are very knowledgeable and go above and beyond what most places would go. I have a medical condition which requires many visits to ensure that the fit and prescription is correct. The doctor did not rush me through the visit but took her time to ensure it was correct. The staff researched my insurance to ensure that my benefits were applied correctly to give me the best price. The doctor also worked with my kids to make sure their prescription and fit for their glasses were perfect. I will be using this doctor and practice for all long as she is in business.

Dr. Nguyen is an awesome eye doctor! She is kind, caring and professional. I love that she took the time to exam my eyes and addressed all my concerns. Her staff are super friendly and helpful. The office is very nice and welcoming. Thank you Dr Nguyen for a great eye exam!
