They are very friendly and accommodating. The staff is great. I would recommend for threading. The eyebrows were on point. If it was only threading, I would have given 4 stars. The eyebrow tinted was a bit darker than I like but was done well. I do not recommend for lash lift. Not experienced with lash lift. They keep you in a chair for the service. The placement of the protective shields were incorrect and has solution in corner of eyes and my lash line was irritated. The end result was the same as I came in. To be fair, when I asked about experience she advised they had been doing it for 4 months. I'm used to 5 plus years experience. I decided to give it a chance as everyone needs the opportunity to learn. They also asked me multiple times if I was comfortable. They just need time to hone in their experience with lash lifts.
