My experience was wonderful. We are new in the area and I needed care for abdominal pain. my situation was more complicated because of multiple previous surgeries. From the woman who did the intake to the med tech, the physician, CT techs everyone was kind, compassionate and thorough. I got a diagnosis and reference to a GI doctor. I was grateful that NWMedicine Immediate Care was there for me.

The hospital and the immediate care here work in conjunction to provide very low care. The team at the immediate care was too lazy and unwilling to provide professional care. They had us transferred to the hospital. To charge us more money and repeat the same test. This was supposed to be avoided, but the nurse practitioner did not call the ER as he said he would. So nonchalant about wasting time and patient money. Screw these unprofessional lazy bodies. Hopefully you read this and find good health care somewhere. God knows it not easy.

Be nice if they actually answered their phones. People are sick and the fact that I got hung up on twice then rang for 10 minutes for no answer really makes it seem like the responsiveness and quality of their care is almost nonexistent

Had reason to visit this facility on 07/03/2020. The staff from reception, intake, Nurses and Medical Imaging (especially X-Ray Technician Bree) were simply fantastic! They process patients quickly and minimize wait times.
