Beyond the fact that Dr. Strasser is one of the most skilled and meticulous Optometrists I have ever had the pleasure of working with, the office staff - particularly Krystyna and Lynda (who were there the day I came in) - always goes above and beyond to make sure every need is taken care of. They are upbeat, positive, and friendly and even though everybody has a bad day now and then, you would never know it here. I look forward to my appointments here and ALWAYS feel better when I leave than when I came in. If it were possible to give ten stars, I would.

There are many places close to home but I will travel far for exceptional customer service. Everyone was extremely nice and patient. I took my husband and child there for the first time, because of covid , we were afraid to go anywhere that wasn't an emergency. My daughter has type 1 diabetes and all of a sudden noticed she was having trouble seeing and complaining that her eyes hurt. I had to take her in asap. My friend suggested I see Dr Strasser. Her child and my child are in the same grade and class. When we went in we were screened for covid and were separated from other customers. I felt safe. Everyone wore face mask. The Dr took the time to explain everything in detail. Unlike other Dr's he has a sense of humor and made us smile and laugh. My daughter really like him. "It didn't feel like going to the Dr" she said and was excited to pick out her first pair of glasses. My husband who rarely sais anything other than " it was ok" said " This is the first time that I've been to a doctor that I felt I was treated nice" It was worth the drive, no wonder you wanted to all the way out here. I felt like everyone there cared about us, you don't see that too much". There was not one person there that wasn't nice. When it was time to pay for all of our glasses they found away to narrow the price and help us find something that met our needs. I felt good with our purchase and will not waste my time shopping around for another eye doctor ever again. My whole family is sold. Thank you Dr Strasser and thank all the opticians who helped us feel comfortable and happy to be there.
My mom and I stopped in each looking for new frames and the staff was absolutely amazing! They gave us honest opinions and found us more frames based on the ones we were leaning towards, and for the first time ever both left with a new pair! So excited!
I have worn glasses for 45 yrs, since I was 8yrs old. I can honestly say Dr.Strasser and his staff are the most enjoyable I've ever dealt with!! I was slowly having some issues and was shocked to hear that i had cataracts..at just 53. I can tell you i was scared to fix them however i also didn't want to be blind or make fixing this worse by waiting!! But the Dr and his staff had me take all the appropriate steps to fix it. He also recommended me getting corrective lenses inserted at the same time Let me tell you I'm a month out of doing both eyes (2 seperate surgeries) BEST THING I HAVE EVER DONE IN MY LIFE!! With both eyes I was lucky and a day after each surgery I tested at 20-20 vision!! The amazing freedom!! The Colors!! I am so pleased with my care by the Dr and Staff!! I have already sent 2 people to see them. Also my son!! I strongly recommend this Dr and staff to everyone!!
The people are very professional and nice to talk to. I used Dr. Strasser at Sears and when Sears closed at spring hill we found were he went and went back to him cause we liked his professionalism and how important our eyes are. I would recommend him and the Shopko store to anyone that was looking for and eye doctor.
Had such an amazing experience here! The doctor was funny and easy to work with. All the girls at the front desk and glasses area were super helpful and amazing! I have found my new place to go! Also inside was super clean and they sanitized very often!
Great staff! The Dr. was incredible and patient with my young ones!! I Highly recommend this place!! Suggested allergy eye drops for me and my daughter which can’t wait to start using!! I’m just really amazed on how awesome everyone was today with us from the moment we walked in the door and we are a handful!! Lol!
