advised to a gentleman who had answered the phone, at 4;41 p.m today (4/2/21) that better training for new folks is a MUST! Businesses today think new people can be on their own and figure things out. Well this is why customer service has gone to h... in my opionion. When I asked if he was still there on the line - no response so I figured he hung up on me after offering to have the manager call me in the morning. UGH!
