Alabama climate control has been very good for us over the 20-plus years we've been using them. Richard continues to provide excellent service and also teaches me how to best take care of my units. We have three now at our current home and I've had six other ones before at my business and previous home. One time I was forced to use another company for my business and they weren't nearly as responsive or able to solve problems. I finally had to call Richard and his company and they solved it right away. We are definitely not going to be changing.

I have used Alabama climate control for the 27 years I have lived in the state. They have always been marked by professionalism, courtesy, and good value. I have got to know several of the technicians who come out to service my heating and air-conditioning systems twice a year, and they have always responded promptly when I called. Today was an example. We have had an ice storm in North Alabama and are expecting a second storm later today. So when my heat pump began making strange noises , A technician named Jason came out within the hour and solved the problem. Naturally I am very grateful, and pleased to be able to recognize an exceptionally good Huntsville company.
