Wonderful Bed & Breakfast. Lovely view over looking the water. Summer time they have a houseboat to take you out on a cruise. Can't wait to go back.

Poor customer service. A few weeks ago I inquired about availability. Partner and I were on our way up north, my car broke down, we needed a place to stay at least for the night. This was the first suggestion on google. Good reviews. Prices on the website were reasonable, description appealing. Maybe this can be our vacation destination instead. I call to ask about availability and pricing. I brief her on the situation since it was 9, an odd hour to call. She tells me there are two rooms open then asks about my story again. Tells me it's a two night minimum, which I tell her is fine. After about 5-10 minutes of "uh..um", asking me to repeat the story a few more times, and dodging my questions, she says "there are other hotels in the area you can probably call". Her tone was rude. I would rather her just tell me she didn't want to rent to me or didn't feel comfortable at that time instead of wasting our time. Now we're looking to have a real weekend getaway, something romantic and private. We won't be visiting "Crews on Inn", that's for sure. That interaction was enough to make this place inconsiderable.

My mom and I stayed at this location in late December 2020 just before Christmas. We both had a great time! The location is super convenient being close to downtown Huntsville. We stayed in the Luxury suite and the area is so homey, chill and cozy. There were all kinds of pretty holiday decorations. The room and space had pretty much anything you need with WiFi, TV, DVD's, VHS, bar fridge, tables, nice shower, couch, bed etc and not to mention a fun jacuzzi! The shared kitchen outside is also great as it has all the anemities. The house has a cool, vintage vibe too being a historic home. Suzanne was a great host! Will be returning again sometime!

Crews On Inn is a charming place in the heart of Huntsville. Suzanne went out of her way to give us the inside scoop on Huntsville and surrounding area, and had new slippers for us to enjoy given it was such a cold weekend. PROS: great host, good location, and lots of little touches to make it feel like an authentic experience in a home built in the 1800s, including a very old phone and a curtain bed. Nice jacuzzi tub and a well-stocked common kitchen. CONS: central location but a tad noisy being right on the Main Street.

We visited the Crews on Inn during our honeymoon to Canada in September and we stayed for a full week in the luxury Rose suite which was absolutely brilliant. The suite was clean and well looked after by Suzanne who was an excellent host throughout or stay. Suzanne has done a fantastic job with the Inn and has excellent knowledge of the area which really helped us decide what to do during our stay. All these personal touches are the reasons why staying here is much better than in any hotel. The highlight of the visit had to be the pontoon trip with Suzanne on the lakes around Huntsville. The trip took us around the three lakes and ended with a barbecue on the sand bar which Suzanne cooked for us, just a fantastic day. We cannot recommend the Crews on Inn enough and we will be going back here during future visits to Canada, definitely worth five stars.

If you are looking for a most hospital hostess in a very beautiful detailed venue in one of Canada's favourite regions, then Crews On Inn in Huntsville is where you need to book. Suzanne, our most gracious host, served up a delectable dinner whilst our group of business women, enjoyed wine and a games night. The decor of the private suites are so beautiful it was hard to leave. Check out their special event weekends and then book in. Just do it.
