Small ressort but just enough lifts (4) with a good mix of easy and harder (steeper) runs. Great for young families that will enjoy the short runs.

A fabulous, family friendly ski resort. You never have to worry about where your children are, as all slopes end back at the chalet. Super friendly resort staff. Great food! The Muskoka Ski Club is very social with loads of fun events throughout the year and resides at Hidden Valley. This resort is a hidden gem! A great way to enjoy winter specially during the COVID pandemic. Get out and enjoy the great outdoors.

The lack of customer service is sad, specifically over the phone. I booked my ticket online ahead of time as it's mandatory due to covid but never received any email (I even checked my junk and spam folders), I tried to call them 7 times before going to make sure I wouldnt have to print anything prior to showing up but after all those calls I never got through to a person, just a full mailbox. Once I got there I confirmed with the lady working there that I had in fact typed my email in properly and luckily I had taken a screenshot of my receipt which got me my day pass. As for the hill I was upset to see the 20 minute lineups to get to the chairlift but understood due to covid, I didn't see anyone enforcing covid rules and many were missing masks while in line. Once up the hill we started on a couple green runs to warm up and man did we warm up. They might as well have been cross country skiing trails they were so flat, even had to climb a couple hills! So we tried a blue run and it was about the same, lots of unbinding and pushing the board on flat sections. Also it's very unflattering to see entire runs gated with snowfence.. As for you park junkies the terrain park is laughable. There were a few rails and boxes and not one jump. Having visited 7 other ski hills across various sections of Ontario this is my least favorite hill. Overall a very poor experience and would not recommend people spending their hard earned money on their steep prices for a massive let down.

Loved it! So many animals and they come right to to your car while you drive thru the park. You can feed them as well.

Disappointed with COVID based practices. No staff ensuring masks are being worn in lines. I had to ask many people to put masks on. Lift operator not wearing masks properly. Talked to GM who was very kind. Part of the problem is that they are low staffed with lift operators staying at home collecting CERB.

I had a blast at Hidden Valley. The staff were very kind and courteous. They have a variety of green, blue and black hills for you to ski on. The great thing when we were there, the day was gorgeous and it wasn’t too crowded. Which meant short lines for the lifts. The next time I’m in Huntsville, I’ll be sure to check them out. The place can be a little tricky to find, so just have a little patience if you’re going there for the first time.

I’ve skied at Hidden Valley dozens of times and I always enjoy it! It is definitely worth the drive from Toronto. The chalet is very spacious, and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.
