My wife and I wanted to let Joe East know that we were impressed with the work of Scott and Fred. They removed our old 3 ton unit and installed the new one in just a couple of hours. The quick turn around allowed us to get our whole house electronic air cleaner up and running quickly, to keep my allergies and my wife's asthma in control.

Joe East installed my unit and I love it. They did a great job and were friendly. It's so quiet compared to my other one. And I love the wifi thermostat that came with it. It's easier to use than I thought it would be. I can already tell a difference on my utility bill. Overall very satisfied with my new installation.

Daniel of Joe East One Hour Heating & AC was very nice and professional with assisting me as I was trying to fix an issue with my HVAC unit. With the summer heat of Huntsville, he was taking a quick water break between his call when I approached him with a questions which was very helpful. I will call Joe East next time I have an HVAC issue.

Joe East was great! They fixed my dad up with a brand new Carrier system. They were punctual and professional. The installers were very knowledgeable and went over the system with him once it was installed. We look forward to using them on the awesome maintenance agreement program they have!
