This place is excellent. I found it quite relaxing to wander around there and explore the different houses. I went on a Monday, when the train doesn't operate, this turned out to be my luck, because I was practically the only guest there, I had the place more or less to myself. It was also the afternoon, according to the staff, more guests had been there in the morning. Some of the houses are replicas, but most are original, with rich details inside. I could really sense the history there, closest thing to a time machine I've come across yet. In short a very enjoyable afternoon.

Visited here with a friend on Thanksgiving weekend 2020. I have nothing but great words to say about the staff. They all exhibited images of hospitality, welcoming, and warmth. They were friendly and informative, while keeping COVID safety protocols top of mind. My suggestion is to visit early in the day to avoid crowds.

a small museum illustrating the early life of this region. one can buy the a pack of tickets to visit a couple of sites. we decided to take the train trip only. the trip is pretty short (30 mins in total). good for small kids

I really enjoyed walking around and the staff was nice to talk to. We went on a Monday so the train wasn't running and it was pretty quiet. Not great for very young kids (mine is 10 months) and most of the buildings aren't accessible for strollers, but I wouldn't fault the facility on those points. Definitely will be back to ride the train.

Such a fun experience for the family. It's good for the kids to see how things were many years ago before all modern day advancements.

The entire museum was very interesting. They need more train rides per day. They only had one time at 1 PM. and we arrived at the museum about 1:30 PM.
