Such the nicest staff, very helpful and knowledgeable. The pharmacists are the best, kind, willing to help you with any information on products. They do an amazing job and ALL should get a big raise. When tourists come to our small town, they direct all of their prescriptions up here. Just an amazing job keeping everyone happy and informed about any changes or updates regarding your prescriptions. Thank you all for your help.

The door is monitored, which is great, but...... Everyone seems to have to press a doorbell/buzzer. After going first a long lunch and returning, then still waiting in the car for 1.5 hours (for a prescription) and nobody has cleaned the buzzer. Even rude when politely mentioned. Should we expect more from a pharmacy? Oh and after the lines and the wait, they think they gave our prescription to somebody else! But it's only been 4 hours, they told us 1 hour. Terrible place, they simply do not care. Recommend avoiding it. So sad.

It's pretty sad When the owner of the pharmacy called you a liar, she telling me thatcI have more of my Prescriptions at home and I do not, when we talk on the phone she had a AttitudeAnd I did record a phone call. She has no right to do this Not very professional at all!!

Called in twice this weekend to renew my prescription,and twice I was informed that they couldn't take my call, so much for service ! Transferred my prescription to an other pharmacy

The Canada post at this shoppers has terrible customer service what an awful experience I had with the lady working there today. (she is the supervisor for the Canada post there) It clearly states you can pick up items for people who live in the same household but she very rudely disregarded that and now my sick mother has to go into shoppers to pick up her items during the covid pandemic. Very disappointed.
