Great service from this company! Will and Linda are very helpful. I ordered the cannon ball bed and a dresser, and then they duplicated a nightstand (that I already had), so I'd have a pair. They also made me a computer desk and TV stand for the cottage. Would highly recommend!

Very appreciative of the customer service and friendliness at Wooden Penny! We bought a harvest table recently. Linda Loo introduced herself to us, listened carefully as we explained the look and style of our home, and offered options for customizing one of the tables they had in stock. She also connected with our 3 antsy youngsters while we made a decision. To top it off, the owner personally delivered the table for a reasonable price and was equally friendly. Thanks Wooden Penny!

Fabulous experience, the older lady working the store was very very kind and helpful, she told us some history about the store and area of Huntsville as well about the hand crafted local Canadian goods in the store! Beautiful store. We will return thank you !

Would highly recommend this store! Lots of selection for good quality wood furniture. Just purchased a maple bedroom set for my new home. I can’t wait to use it! Customer service is excellent, and very helpful! I just wish that prices were listed on the website.

The store is cute and pricey, in the region of Muskoka. That being said, the older lady working there was extremely rude and pretentious, making me feel extremely unwelcomed and out of place. I am more than certain her attitude towards me was solely due to the colour of my skin, as I stuck out like a sore thumb. As I was browsing and admired the set up of the filled hutches against the side wall, I ended up walking towards their register area without knowing. The lady quickly walked in front, blocking me, causing me to stop suddenly. She very loudly stated \Excuse me!\ While blocking my way and scowling. I then had to turn around and walk back, in order to avoid her glare and see everyone watch me. I walked out embarrassed and ashamed as if I did something wrong. I understand that I ended up walking into the unmarked employee area while distracted, but any person with basic customer service skills would just have politely let me know that and still allow me to quickly walk through instead of pinpointing me out in front of everyone as I backed out, encouraging others to watch me as I'm being shunned like I did something so awful to have caused that woman to make a scene. I was embarrassed enough after the fact, I didn't need someone to add to that in such a rude way.
