Zig Zag is absolutely amazing! We visited for a staff get together and Leslie was so so helpful with organizing everything, and making sure our visit was extra special. Whether you are a local who is looking for something fun to do in town, or you're new to Huntsville and aren't sure what our small town has to offer, Zig Zag escape room is just what you're looking for! Great for family events, a friend get together, or a staff bonding trip. 100% a must try.

Myself and my fiancé did Sven’s last secret. It was incredibly well designed and the attention to detail far superseded any escape room we’ve done before. The clues were a broad mix between easy and challenging, which made it more enjoyable. Our host (I can’t remember her name) was excellent and professional. Would definitely recommend checking it out!

We had a terrible experience at this escape room. The owner or manager, older lady with short blonde hair, she had absolutely no idea what she was doing. We played Sven's Last Secret with the hidden gold and she had no idea where things were or how anything worked. Half way through our game, she couldn't answer any of our questions and she literally facetimed the supervisor for help!!!!! how can you be an owner or manager of a company and not have any idea how to do your job....... we were extremely disappointed. we were placed in a room and set up to fail. there was no possible way for us to win the game, with a leader who knew nothing. you should train your managers and owners on how to operate their own stuff or you will have a lot of customers leaving unhappy and disappointed. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. save your money and go elsewhere.

my group and i played the artist is missing room. not sure what her name was but older lady with short hair gave us clues that didnt make any sense or they didnt help us at all. she kept coming in the room when we didnt ask her for any help which was really frustrating. the entire experience was not very professionally done at all and we left feeling really uncomfortable with the experience. if you're going to do an escape room in muskoka then go to bracebridge and do the ones there. much friendlier employees and better quality rooms

We just left Zig Zag Escape Rooms, and had an amazing time. The escape room can hold up to 10 people but we were only two. I found it quite difficult, we didn't end up finishing the escape room but I would highly recommend it. The staff are friendly, and although the place is a little remote, they are very professional and live up to expectations. I would definitely go again!
