Good company to rent from. They usually respond to any issues or maintenance problems fairly quickly. The rent price is fair so far but is raised every lease renewal. They seem to stay in range of local rental pricing though. Overall it has been a good company to make a home with.

Very professional staff that work very hard to get everyone approved. Properties are well maintained and every maintenance issue that I have had were resolved within 24 hours. I am totally satisfied with how this company handles tenants and how convenient they make the whole process of your rental experience!

After calling for a week for a house that had a sign out and Was told they could not show the house because it still needed cleaning and they would call me first thing. 3 days later am still trying to see this house and am told there is already an application for it and cant see it. Completely unprofessional and rude. What a joke. Talking to other people that have applied and have been through them I have found it was my skin color holding me back from getting this house. Ridiculous. How is this place still in business?
