Steven and James (Jimmy) were extremely helpful in helping me with my dream mom car. As a new mother during Covid I felt completely comfortable in this clean and (the practice of social distance) dealership. My husband and I felt welcome and heard especially with all our concerns. Our salesman was Earl Wilson and he was great! I told him what I wanted and he exceeded my expectations, walked away with a brand new 2020 Fusion with 0% interest and extended warranties still below the amount I told him I wanted to pay. The worst experience I have ever had with a dealership. I called in the morning and spoke with a gentleman by the name of Tony in regards to a vehicle. I told him I was coming from three hours away and wanted to assure the vehicle was available and to put it on hold. He assured me the vehicle was available and that he would move the car around back. Roughly thirty minutes before I left I called him back where he hung up my calls three times in a row. I called back and spoke with another gentleman who also assured me the car was there. Upon my arrival I sat in the waiting room for an hour while they “looked” for the vehicle. I was first told the keys were locked in service and that they couldn’t be taken out. Once I asked to look at the vehicle I was told they don’t know where it is. I waited for another thirty minutes until I was finally told the car was sold. This dealership is filled with liars and would suggest that no one does business with them in the future. The only saving grace is their general manager Stephen who was the only person who told me the truth and acted professionally.

Keith B was able to get me the exact vehicle I was looking for. I wasn't planning on driving off the lot the same day, I NEVER do that. The manager James R. made me an offer I couldn't refuse, and I felt so comfortable with Keith and Preston in general, I am now the proud owner of a new Explorer. They got me 0%, wasn't expecting that one! Update: I've had my vehicle back for routine service several times. Top notch! Preston really takes care of you, I can't wait to get my next frog! Tiffany is the best. I'll never go anywhere else! Integrity does still exist on the shore!
