I was recommended to go to this vet so I called and set up an appointment, before the appointment I had some questions concerning my animals health. I called again and the lady I spoke to on the phone was no help! She seemed very annoyed that I had even called to as questions! She told me I’ll just have to call the after hours vet and talk to them because she didn’t have time to deal with us! I’ve canceled our appointment and am going to a different vet now. They seem way to concerned with and appointments then the actual wellness of an animal.

Zion Veterinary Clinic use to be great! I have been going there with Dr Casey for almost 10 years. They used to care about our pets but then became too big to care. Our older dog was vomiting blood and when I call for an emergency appt, I was told the soonest they could see me is 2 weeks out...and “would that work for you”? Are you kidding me? I don’t know if it’s Dr Casey or his reception but they have become blinded by money and stopped caring about the animals somewhere along the way. Sad
Love this veterinary clinic. The people are friendly and will do their best to get your pet scheduled as soon as possible. There may be some waiting past your scheduled appointment time, but Dr. Casey is though, professional and caring about each and every animal. Worth the wait to know your pet will be given the best care available.
Scheduled my two pit terriers to get their nails cut. They both did an amazing job with the new environment and new people. At the last minute I asked for them to look at my youngest because her lips swelled up that night before their appointment. They got her in no problem, and told me that I did everything correctly by giving her a benadryl, and watching the swelling. They gave her 2 shots looked at her mouth, and said she must have ate something that she was allergic too. There were no puncture wounds either. Her teeth and gums were healthy as well. Thank u so much for everything u did for our baby girl. She's doing just fine now.
Dr. Wittwer, Ruth, and the rest of the staff were so good with my dachshund. My dog hurt his back the night before and they were able to get us in the next morning right away. They gave him a thorough examination and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you Zion Veterinary Clinic!
Worst experience ever! So unprofessional. They quote one price then add whatever they want when you go pick up just like a mechanic shop. The needs of the pet is not priority just making money. I will not be returning and if anyone values their wallet they will find a different place to go for their pet needs.
