I am a human performance specialist, I specialize in developing athletes and have trained over 5k athlete in Lincoln and surrounding areas for the past 6years. I have recently have had issues from previous injuries from playing college football and I was able to get not only the information but the high end care from Kelly and her tech Jacob. The attention to detail and knowledge was definitely worth the visit. I will be back. Highly Recommended!!!

I was involved in two work injuries. All of the staff have been easy to work with and compassionate. They put you to work in all the right ways and help you to understand your body. I’ve been seeing Kelly and she is phenomenal! The gym looks very nice and clean although I have not used any equipment yet and the environment is welcoming. Would recommend!
