It is good place and perfect presentation of dishes. Tasty food, wine is a subject to choose, the design of restoraunt is perfect and service is very nice. Still a place to work on a perfect way of making meat.

Good hotel. Although direct on the main road still very quite. Rooms are modern. Building is quite old. Kichennett is also enough, but a microwave would have been perfect. Paid parking place just opposite to the property, max 3 euros per day.
The restaurant at first appearance looks very promising with tasteful decoration and a unique style, this enticed us into the eatery, not forgetting what looked like a very promising menu for a small coastal village. When I consider the quality of food presented, the cost is without question over inflated and this was reinforced by the extremely poor standard, particularly the entrecôte, which was frankly disgusting and full of fat with no taste at all. The supplier must be questioned, in view of the fact that we were the only two people in the restaurant at the time our food was served and after rejecting the expensive piece of meat, the chef should have taken the time to visit our table and discuss our concerns. Instead the waiter brought the same piece of meat which was now like chewing on a leather sole. Where was the chef trained? The new waiter Damien has excellent customer interaction skills and respect. This is in stark contrast to the owner who I must say is unable to deal with any negative or constructive feedback at all! We made the effort to write 2 constructive letters of feedback. After reading them the owner lost his temper. I have never come across anyone with such a defensive and argumentative attitude! After the owner was grasping for breath in a disposition of angst and denial I felt totally let down after making effort to write a review. Especially after the owner eventually tried to educate me on how meat should look and taste like. On reflection I wish I hadn't bothered wasting my time and I would have just walked out of the sub standard restaurant never returning again!
Nice rooms and vintage furniture in this renovated farmhouse. Shared bathroom cleaned every day. The restaurant offers local lamb and beef from the salt meadows. Free parking 5 minutes near on the camping parking place. 5 minute walk to Husum harbour, all the restaurants and shops.

Das Essen war Extraklasse. Wir hatten als Vorspeise das Capaccio vom Salzwiesenlamm. Einfach nur lecker. Als Hauptgericht kann man das Lammcarré sowie das Lamm Nüsschen sehr empfehlen. Beides war auf den Punkt gegart. Das Gemüse lecker und die Soßen...die waren geil. Der Pallfy Knödel war auch super lecker. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Außerdem hat sie sich Zeit genommen und immer wieder geschaut ob was fehlt oder wir etwas brauchen. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist gut. Klar ist es nicht billig aber das Essen ist jeden Cent wert. Vor allem die Qualität ist top. Regionales Fleisch und gute Weine.
Essen ist prima, richtig lecker. Die Preise etwas teurer als sonst. Die Bedienung ist freundlich und hilfsbereit. Zur Toilette kann man aber so nicht gehen, die ist noch aus dem vorherigen Jahrhundert.
