Just picked up my new Tucson this week. Brett was the person that was handling my purchase and I couldn't have asked for an easier process. Within a week of contacted I was picking up my new car. Brett was extremely helpful and efficient and my experience was very easy and alot less stressful than I was expecting during this time. A big thanks to Brett again as his customer service was second to none. And I'd definitely be using Hutchings in the future

Firstly, really excellent communication and a professional and smooth experience with the staff. Absolutely no complaints there, great attitude and not pushy. I'm also confident that the service was conducted to a high quality. I booked in for a service MOT, and through an online link, I was able to select exactly what we were happy to proceed with or not, meaning you weren't locked into paying for anything you didn't want to. The reason for the poor rating was the quoted price for a repair. Having paid around 200 for a service and MOT, the car failed due to the ABS light. I authorised a fee of 80 to 'investigate' the issue, and then was quoted 371 to replace a bearing and then a 25 fee for an MOT retest. Having spent 80 identifying the issue, I was tempted to proceed, but it felt a little steep so I thought I'd check elsewhere. I called back to clarify that the 371 wasn't the overall price (including service mot), and it wasn't. That was just the price to replace a bearing. The next day I booked in the car (i20) to a nearby garage who replaced the bearing and conducted a new MOT test for a total of 182. Having already spent 300 at Hutchings for service MOT investigating the issue, I would have had to spend an additional 371 there to get it sorted. Perhaps Hyundai garages use superior parts or have higher labour costs, but its very difficult to justify how replacing a part from the dealership you bought the car can cost over double getting it done elsewhere. If you're confident that your car doesn't need additional work, this is probably an excellent place for a service/MOT. However, if you think something might need replacing/repair, I'd suggest looking elsewhere or at least ringing around a couple of places to make sure you don't get stung.
Excellent service provided by Martin. From welcome to hand over we have felt in safe hands. Both car as finance have been explained to us in in detail. Martin has made buying a car a stress free and very pleasant, enjoyable experience. We are extremely happy with our choice for the new 2020 i20. A perfect size car for our little family.
Wow where to start. As soon as I entered the building I was met with a friendly welcome. Jade greeted us and we discussed what I was looking for. She was very knowledgeable, helpful but without being pushy. I can say that I wasn't the easiest customer as I was quite specific in what I wanted. Jade looked tirelessly and emailed me back and forth every other day with any updates. I am pleased and relieved that due to her hard work I was able to purchase a car and pick it up yesterday. When I went to collect the car it was a very thorough process Jade discussed the paperwork and asked if I had any questions. When I replied I think I'm OK she responded well you have my email if you need anything. This shows to me that it wasn't just about getting a car sold that she wanted to look after me the customer. I am pleased with the end result and will be recommending Hutchings Hyundai to family and friends. Thank you again Jade :).
Fitted me in for service whilst I waited and kept me informed of progress and work required by video.All in all very efficient.
