Through my conversations with Huw I have found greater clarity and direction in pursing my chosen goal. I came to my first session knowing the outcome I wanted to achieve but with no clue how to achieve it; I was a bundle of confusion. Yet after just one conversation with Huw, I had found the answers I needed and formulated a plan to start putting them into action. As our sessions progressed, Huw subtly but effectively challenged me to push myself beyond what I imagined my limitations were; enabling me to become confident and motivated to achieve my goal. An excellent experience from beginning to end. I like the fact Huw holds a couple of calls prior to any face to face meeting taking place. This provides both parties with the opportunity to explore needs & wants and to see if Huw can match his experience to your needs. Following various meetings, we were able to identify areas for improvement and development. The profiling really helped to recognise both the strengths and those areas to use more as a Leader & Coach. Having completed these in the past, it was great to have the time to work on them in much more detail. I would recommend Huw to improve many skills and areas that make you a more rounded and complete business coach, motivator and operator.
