Been with the company for 2.5 years but simply cannot get a response by phone, email or visit. Was looking at an upgrade. Yesterday - 9 phone calls, 2 emails, no response. Today got through at 9.50am. Quite friendly when I eventually got through - but what a hassle to get there.

I use this Company and they provide a good internet service for the Countryside. The speed and technology has not moved along too much but when you cannot get a cable to your house then these are the best around.
