I will give them a couple things. Nice little view and great water pressure. Really appreciate the refund with all that's going on. Just not great for big rigs, especially with a toad. Entrance and exit very difficult. Only worth it if you have passport, otherwise over priced. It's just a grassy hill with very little gravel on sites, sites are very tight. I think we have about 4-5 feet between our rig and the neighbor.

When it rains it's a complete mud hole. If you have a nice truck and a nice RV it's going to be covered in mud when it rains. The entry ways are full of potholes. At 50/45 (with discount) a night way overpriced for dirt pads and muddy roads.

You will not find a place with a more caring and accommodating staff. Water pressure is great. Electric has never failed even in storms. Sewage works as it should. I'm sure if I hunted I could find something to complain about, but as nice as everyone here has been, I wouldn't dare. And between onsite management, maintenance, and the few full time rvs here, you would be hard pressed to find a more secure park as well.

It's new and really popular. Don't know what lot rent is. I've been to the food Barn or what you would call it where you can buy vegetables and food for your animals and they had a lot to pick from really nice people there to help you load stuff up and they had a variety stuff for gardens to plant vegetable wise
