I joined up yesterday over the phone and went in today for my first swim. The staff are super friendly and helpful and the facilities are spotless. Excellent value at 48 a month for full access. Recommended

Love this place. Clean, warm, friendly, never crowded, grandkids love going here, modern facilities, plenty of parking, relaxed and chilled atmosphere, excellent prices, and it's such a joy to know that you can go at any time, any day!!!!!!!

Is there any chance to make family changing rooms warmer? Currently fans blowing freezing air and no heaters there. Otherwise brilliant place.

Having been a member on and off for years, I rejoined soon after retiring 7 years ago. I only use the pool and studios for classes, so cannot comment on gym facilities. The staff are really nice and friendly. Rachel does a really good Aqua Aerobics workout. She works very hard to make sure you get the best out of your workout. Rob also runs great Aqua classes. He plays great music and makes your workout a lot of fun. The measures put in for covid 19 safety make me feel safe while I'm there, from checking temperature on arrival, plenty of hand sanitizing units and ensuring social distancing. The studios are sanitised after every class and changing rooms regularly sanitised. When I joined there were 2 Iyengar yoga classes in the daytime, which first attracted me to rejoin. However, one stopped a couple of years ago and, since reopening after lockdown, the Tuesday class has not restarted, with no explanation why. I am very disappointed about this, hence only 4 stars instead of 5.

Uncommunicative, unhelpful, enquired about membership, was told that their website keeps crashing and to keep trying to email. Rang the gym, membership at Hyde not interested. Unbelievable poor customer service
