We miss Carol and Abbey is fab. New owners I think coz everything has changed and shelves are bare and running out of medicines' but no doubt this is due covid and limiting stock it just doesn't look great and Carol never let this shop front get like that and that's why I've give a 4 should be less based on service and lack of items creating a return trip to have to stand and queue for for an hour outside in the cold weather. They could always serve then ask to wait outside so they can serve another.

A lovely little pharmacy, always have my prescription sent to it digitally and always get a text when it’s ready to collect. Staff are nice too!

Started using this pharmacy after moving to the area. I have a long-standing repeat prescription which was previously dispensed by a pharmacy in Hyde who can only be described as utterly useless. Coming to Well Pharmacy in Mottram (and changing doctors surgery to Amburn House) was a breath of fresh air. The pharmacy seems really well organised and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Can't fault them and grateful that they look after my medication now.

Mottram was gridlocked today when I got there after 40 minutes queuing they had locked the door but were still inside Cant get my prescription till Monday 9am nearly 48 hrs away so guess what going to Tescos in future you don't deserve to be in business thanks for nothing
