I hired Nanny services from them. They provided a very sub standard lady who lacked in childcare basics. We expressed our discontent and requested a replacement within 7 days of hiring. Its been more than a month we are following up, yet no thing. Despite a 48 hr replacement policy, this agency has failed to do anything on the situation. Executives are non responsive, clueless and this agency seems to be just keen on registration fees, customers are left in thin air post that. Beware of using their services.

Extremely bad customer service. The nanny they provided suddenly disappeared and this company promised to send replacement but yet they have not provided. Also the customer service reps were very rude. Dont hire any nanny from their agency
pathethic, this is a fraud company, Seema, Aarti, Shruti, Hari these people talk very sweet while registration take the amount and later they do not respond to your calls or sms. they do not keep up their commitment. please dont get into their words. FRAUD PEOPLE, FRAUD COMPANY
