Went there for RT-PCR test. I booked the 11AM slot and went there by 10:30AM. But there is a huge line and when asked, they are saying its first come first serve basis. So booking appointments is basically a waste of time here, we have to go either in early morning or at late evenings to avoid the rush. Here is the procedure they follow: Step-1: we have to fill a form and stand in first line to made the payment. Step-2: After payment is made, stand in second line to give the sample. Here are some Pros and Cons. Pros: 1. Staff is polite and patient while answering your questions 2. Good quality at affordable prices 3. Easily accessible and alerting through message and email is good. Cons: 1. Management is worst. 2. Staff are overloaded. 3. No high level authority present on premises to escalate. 4. Will not answer Phone as they are overloaded with physical customers present at the location. Conclusion: Affordable & Recommend for tests, but you have to be patient to get your work done. **Please be courteous with staff as they are really extending and are overloaded with work, try to take -up with management rather than staff**

Very bad experience. Went for covid test. Booked online slot for 8 am. Reached facility by 7.20, we were asked to fill a form and go upstairs. Filled, went up, there was one person taking the details and filling in a form on the computer and taking payment. There was a huge line, the person was not well versed in typing also. After multiple patients complaining, another person came in. Split the load, still very slow. Once I had done the formalities, I was told that testing had begun downstairs. Went down, no one was their. Waited, waited, for 2 hrs. Then I went up, scolded the guys there, then they told me someone will be there in 15 mins. Then finally someone came and started the testing. When asked the reason, they said testing staff had not come. Hence the delay! If your staff cannot come on time as promised at 8 and start the testing then why should I even pay money! Waste of time. The whole ordeal that I mentioned was in a span of 2 hrs! Will not recommend going for testing at this center. Lax attitude by the staff, no coordination, and no proper information. Patients should suffer while waiting.

Worst experience, I went for HR Ct Scan chest for my wife. They asked me to pay Rs.3,500 and said reports will be available in 4 hours. They said message will come to collect the report at my mobile. I waited for 5 hrs but did not get any message so rang up to know information. No one picked up my repeated calls may be 12 times. They did not inform me the delay. So I went to scan center personally and asked them the reason for delay then they say concern anaylist is on leave today we will give tomorrow. This is pure negligence they could have informed me when I was asked to pay I would have approach some other diagnostic center. Useless attitude.

They are Sending reports through WhatsApp, regular msgs and Gmail also with in expecting (less) time... All lab tests they are providing with less amount... Reports time and low cost are two good things here. But waiting at sample collection taking some what more time... Plz reduce ot. Except that everything ok

I want for RT PCR test. Got the test report at the evening time by email. The prices are quite affordable compare to any other diagnostic centre. The staff are very polite and helpful to me. Thank you.
