Had worst experience with Aditya Diagnostics, kphb branch, Hyderabad. 1. No one answers if you call the number given here 2. We went there to get medical tests done for lic policy revival. We went there early in the morning as fasting glucose test has to be done. Staff demanded to prove Xerox copy of letter given by LIC. There are no Xerox shops open at that time. I requested him that I will give copies at the time of taking reports as I'm on fasting and shops may not be open till 9:30am. He refused to do so. I requested him if he can take printout as I have a soft copy available. He refused fir that too. He insisted to get Xerox copy from outside then only he will take samples for tests. Totally dumb and rude staff, particularly person at reception.

Staff and service is good. It takes less than 20 min for blood sample, urine sample, X Ray, Audiometry, Respiratory test, ECG and other all physical examination tests. Given 2 less because of vision test. Vision test needs to be improved. Can say that they are not performing distance vision test and also does not have facility for the same. For rest all the tests, clinic is excellent. Staff is also co operative and helping.

Very bad service. Visited for teeth X-ray, Doctor said that they are unable to figure out the issue. They are managing with the help of junior

Good service at affordable price. Recently visited for premedical check up, taken less time to complete all the tests. Clinic was found well maintained.
