Would have given a 0 start if given a chance. Worst staff ever working in the new accounts section. Least bothered to assist a customer in opening a new bank account. Wonder how the service would be for an existing one.

Currently in the bank waiting for my annual statement print out. Waiting for more than 30 minutes. Lady in the front seat near ATM machines said there is no paper to print. Such a worst experience I am having here. These guys are just chatting something else. I am losing my office hours as well. This is the first bad experience with ICICI bank after more than 10 years of banking.
