Too expensive product, denied to exchange it no good service bad experience. Triple cost of product worst experience ever

Disappointed with the services provided. I bought Disney Toy Bag which was broken and first they said they will deliver product to our house but their staff do not even have two wheeler and i was asked to give him a ride to my home. After reaching home we got to know that some parts were missing, their staff went and brought replacement that too was not of the right size. Ramesh the store manager kept making excuses to replace the product at the cost of our time and petrol. Pathetic services, faulty products and false promises is what they are famous for.
