It's excellent place to buy electronics here but unfortunately I didn't get anything from this lg shop because the was running out of stock. They stock is available in phone call after visiting there they told us there is no stock. It was disappointing.

Being an exclusive outlet I thought they might maintain the standard but I must say it is the worst LG shop outlet. The staff is very unprofessional especially manohar I think he is the manager, doesn't have any knowledge about the stock after getting paid in full for the product, doesnt know how to communicate , not picking up call , disconnecting the calls. The number on the Website is always switched off. Not delivering the product on time as promised. Pathetic service.

I personally experienced . It's been five days we have got AC . No one came for the installation and when we are trying to reach coustomer care, it's talking long time to connect.worst services. not even responding any one. We kept ac like that. Never expected this kind of low support from company like lg. Before buying anything take agreement for installation. Other wise don't buy anything from here. They will tast ur patients like anything
